    Sometimes your head or eyes pain terribly. You can stop this pain by following few exercises. You just have to take few seconds to do it. Below are two exercise which prove to be useful in relieving eye stress.

    Palming

    This is used to relieve stress and relax your eyes. In palming, you have to first take deep breathes and sit straight in comfortable position. Gently rub your eyes with palm of your hand, leaving fingers at forehead. Cover it properly, so that no light should fall on eyes. Try this for 5 sec or 1 min (depends on availability of time). It also helps blood circulation around eyes. Doing this between work will help eyes to overcome tiredness.

    Closing Tightly

    It is quick exercise which can be done in few seconds. First of all close your eyes normally. Now close it tightly for 5-10 seconds as shown in right picture. Slowly open your eyes.You will find great relieve from stress, after repeating this for 1 or 5 times.

    Above two exercise may not make much difference in just one day.  You have to make it your daily habit to kill vision problems ready to come up in future.

    Blinking

    You may be shocked to hear that blinking of our eyes is an exercise. But, it is true. Normally, blinking is our normal habit. But this habit changes according to the situations. Blink rate varies with big difference. It can be one blink in 2 seconds (1:2) or 30 seconds. Average rate is consider as 1:4. While focusing on something our blink rate decreases causing more stress on eyes. We should try to maintain normal average rate (1:4) in every circumstances.
