    Great article.Very informative tips. I deeply appreciate use of healthy foods to keep every thing fit and fine.Before three months, I was attacked by cold virus and without taking care of it (as I was busy in preparation of business presentation). I get so ill at the day of presentation that I was unable to give a little speech as cough was killing my voice. So, with my experience while suffering from cold. Never take it lightly. Be serious and don't ignore it. My final words will be "wash hands whenever you feel like you have to wash it".
